"We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are."

My work is grounded in integrative, insight-oriented psychotherapy that draws from psychodynamic and analytically informed traditions. I approach therapy as a relational process, one that values connection, curiosity, insight, joy, and the exploration of meaning. Together, we work to uncover the patterns, formative experiences, and internal narratives that shape how you think, feel, and connect. This process is both reflective and experiential, balancing intellectual analysis with empathy, and insight with lived emotional understanding. Through this integration, therapy becomes a space for greater self-awareness, authenticity, and transformation in the ways you relate to yourself and others. I also love to laugh and strive to find moments of joy in our work.
